Saventra Foods ships frozen food products globally via temperature-controlled container logistics. All shipments are managed through established cold chain freight partners to ensure product integrity from factory to destination port.

Trade Terms

We offer the following Incoterms for all shipments:

• FOB (Free on Board): Price includes delivery to the loading port in China. Buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance from that point.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Price includes ocean freight and insurance to the buyer's named destination port.
• CFR (Cost & Freight): Price includes ocean freight to the buyer's destination port, excluding insurance.
• EXW (Ex Works): Buyer collects directly from the factory or warehouse. Suitable for buyers with their own freight forwarding arrangements.

Your preferred trade term can be selected when submitting a quote request.

Shipping Ports

Primary loading port: Qingdao, Shandong, China. Alternative ports may be available depending on the supplier and product. Destination ports are confirmed during quotation based on the buyer's location.

Container Options

Mixed-product containers are available subject to minimum order quantities per SKU. Please enquire for details.

Temperature Control

All products are shipped at -18°C or below in refrigerated (reefer) containers. Temperature is monitored continuously from factory loading through to destination port. Temperature logs are available upon request.

Estimated Lead Times

Production: 15–30 days from order confirmation, depending on product and quantity.

Ocean Freight: Transit times vary by destination. Typical ranges:

• Southeast Asia: 7–14 days
• Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia): 18–25 days
• East Africa: 20–30 days
• West Africa: 30–40 days

Exact timelines are confirmed at quotation stage based on destination port and vessel availability.

Documentation

The following export documents are provided with every shipment:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading (B/L)
• Certificate of Origin
• Health / Phytosanitary Certificate
• HACCP / ISO / Halal certificates (as applicable per product)

Additional certificates or legalisation can be arranged upon request. Some destination countries require embassy attestation — please inform us at quotation stage so we can factor this into the timeline and cost.

Samples

Product samples are available for qualified trade buyers. Sample costs and courier shipping fees apply and may be credited against the first commercial order. Sample requests can be submitted through the Request a Quote page or by contacting our team directly.
