1. About Saventra Foods

Saventra Foods is a frozen food sourcing company registered in Hong Kong SAR. We connect international buyers — importers, distributors, foodservice operators, and retailers — with vetted frozen food manufacturers. We are not a manufacturer. We act as a sourcing and trade intermediary.

2. Use of This Website

This website is intended for business and trade use. It is not a consumer e-commerce platform. No products can be purchased directly through the website. All transactions are conducted via quotation request, followed by a formal sales contract agreed between both parties.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or business, or to submit false or misleading enquiries.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Saventra Foods are indicative and valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 7–14 days unless otherwise noted). Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and shipping conditions.

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a sales contract or proforma invoice and the agreed deposit is received.

4. Orders and Contracts

Once a quotation is accepted, a proforma invoice or sales contract will be issued detailing product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms), and shipping schedule. Production commences only after the deposit is received and confirmed.

Changes to confirmed orders (quantities, specifications, delivery dates) may incur additional costs or delays and must be agreed in writing.

5. Product Specifications

Product specifications (dimensions, weights, ingredients, packaging) are provided by the manufacturing facility and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations may occur between production batches. Saventra Foods will communicate any material changes to specifications before shipment.

6. Quality and Certifications

Products supplied through Saventra Foods are sourced from manufacturers that hold relevant food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, and others as applicable). Certification documentation is available upon request and provided with shipments as appropriate.

Saventra Foods does not manufacture products directly. We work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure quality standards are maintained, but ultimate production responsibility lies with the certified manufacturing facility.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, estimated timelines, and documentation are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk and responsibility for goods transfer according to the agreed Incoterm (FOB, CIF, CFR, or EXW).

8. Claims and Disputes

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be filed within 48 hours of receipt at the destination, as detailed in our Return & Claims Policy. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Saventra Foods' total liability for any claim arising from or related to a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected shipment. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, port closures, trade sanctions, government actions, or carrier disruptions (force majeure).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Saventra Foods or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from any trade relationship with Saventra Foods shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong SAR.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
