About Payment
Home / About Payment
Saventra Foods operates on a business-to-business (B2B) trade model. All transactions are handled through standard international trade payment methods. We do not accept consumer payment methods such as credit cards or PayPal.
Accepted Payment Methods
T/T (Bank Wire)
The most common payment method for international trade. Funds are transferred directly from the buyer's bank to our company bank account.
L/C (Letter of Credit)
Accepted for larger orders or where required by the buyer's banking or import regulations. We accept irrevocable letters of credit at sight.
Standard Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed during the quotation process and confirmed in the sales contract before production begins. Typical arrangements include:
New Buyers
30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L) before document release.
Established Buyers
Payment terms may be adjusted based on order history. Options such as 100% against B/L copy or net-30 after arrival may be discussed case-by-case.
Currency
All quotations and invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits and Order Confirmation
Production begins only after the deposit is received and confirmed in our account. The deposit secures your production slot and locks in the agreed pricing for that order.
Payment for Samples
Sample charges and courier fees are payable in advance via T/T. Sample costs may be credited against the first commercial order, subject to agreement at quotation stage.
Important Notes
- All bank charges on the sender's side are borne by the buyer. All bank charges on the receiver's side are borne by Saventra Foods.
- Payment must reference the invoice number or proforma invoice number for tracking purposes.
- Goods will not be released, and shipping documents will not be forwarded, until full payment is received and confirmed.
